Why do i always think about this animal?

so why every time i dream i dream about a snow tichleopa......um i made it up after i decided i couldn't choose between a tiger,cheetah,and a snow leopard so i combined it to create the tichleopa.i also have dreams about hakka...it a well to get to the point,why does this happen?is making up things normal?ok so im addicted to a wii game so i made up an animal and usually think about it when im not on the wii.so idk is this compulsive?
