Prozac and oxetine what is the difference?

I have been prescribed oxetine for panic attacks/obsessive compulsive syndrome. The chemist says it is the same as prozac as they both contain fluoxetine as the main ingredient, but Oxetine is a lot cheaper. Can anyone tell me if they are actually the same or would I be better off on prozac
