How do I end my Indian obsession?

I'm of African descent and my obsession with Indian men has become too much for me. My volunteering at a hospital in the x-ray department full of Indian technicians isn't helping one bit- it's making things worse, and their flirting makes things even worse than ever. My friend suggested that I have sex with an Indian and get it over with (lol), but i'm not that kind of girl. err... My classmate invited me to dinner, and of all the restaurants there are, it was an Indian restaurant. I pretended to be coming down with an illness and canceled, because i couldn't go into that restaurant. Could I be having some sort of psychological issue? My actions doesn't feel normal.
